This is a rooibos based herbal infusion blended with apple, cinnamon, and grated coconut. It has a naturally sweet, slightly creamy taste with mild spice and fruity notes.

Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and contains antioxidants (polyphenols). It is commonly used as a base for herbal teas due to its smooth taste and naturally sweet profile. The added apple, cinnamon, and coconut enhance the flavour with fruit and dessert style notes.

Four Kingdoms Rooibos Apple Cinnamon Yogurt is a caffeine free rooibos infusion with apple, cinnamon, and coconut. It has a smooth, sweet taste with light spice and fruit notes.

2–3 grams per 200 ml at 95°C and let stand for 4–5 minutes
