How long is delivery time?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@templeofnirvana.net with details so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly.
If a return is required, you may request one within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and process a refund where applicable.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are sourced from different regions around the world, including Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Slovakia.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Kinda, we offer a limited range of flat gift packaging boxes. To gift wrap your order, you’ll need to purchase an empty gift box along with your products and place the items inside once they arrive. More packaging options are coming soon.
Can i track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link, which will be used to trace your order.
Where is my subscription discount code?
There is no code needed. When you click the button in your email you will be taken directly to the store. Once you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, the discount will be automatically applied.
