This is a rooibos based herbal infusion blended with apple, lavender, orange blossom, valerian, and floral herbs. It has a mild sweet herbal taste with light floral and fruity notes.

Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and contains antioxidants (polyphenols). The added herbs and flowers contribute to the flavour with soft floral, fruity, and herbal characteristics.

Red Bush Relax is a caffeine free rooibos herbal blend with apple and floral herbs such as lavender and orange blossom. It has a mild sweet taste with light floral and herbal notes.

2–3 grams per 200 ml at 95°C and let stand for 4–5 minutes
