This oil also supports skin health, helping with minor wounds, eczema, psoriasis, cold sores, and general skin troubles. Additionally, it may aid the urinary tract, liver, spleen, and stomach functions.
Bergamot essential oil can be used in vaporizers, massages, and baths. Note: avoid direct sunlight on the skin after application as it can cause photosensitivity.
