A smudge stick made from sage. Imported directly from Mexico and individually hand rolled and hand wrapped in craft paper. Used for cleansing rituals, aura clearing, meditation preparation and space purification. The product is 10 cm in length and intended for controlled burning.

Serene aura sage is used in traditional smudging practices for smoke based cleansing of spaces, objects and personal use. It is commonly used before meditation, prayer or bodywork sessions.

How to Use
Light the tip of the smudge stick and allow it to burn briefly then blow out the flame so it smolders. Place in a fire safe holder such as ceramic, clay or glass and use in a ventilated area. Optional tools such as a feather or fan may be used to guide the smoke.
