At Temple of Nirvana, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right with your order, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and fair resolution process.
1. 14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and complete
- Must be in original packaging, in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Important Time Limit)
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing parts
- Incorrect item received
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When reporting an issue, please include:
- Order number
- Item details
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo evidence
This allows us to process claims with our supplier efficiently.
3. Resolution of Issues
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement item
- Store credit
- Refund (depending on supplier approval and situation)
Please note: resolutions depend on supplier acceptance of the claim.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns not related to defects or delivery issues:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Requests must be made within 14 days (EU customers) or 30 days total from delivery (non-EU customers, where applicable)
- All returns require prior approval
Important:
Change-of-mind returns are subject to supplier acceptance. If the supplier does not accept the return, we may not be able to process a refund beyond store credit or alternative resolution.
5. Supplier Limitation Notice
Some of our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers with strict return conditions.
In certain cases:
- The supplier may only accept claims within a short inspection window (e.g. 3–7 days after delivery)
- Late claims may not be eligible for supplier reimbursement
- This may affect whether we can offer a refund or replacement
We always do our best to resolve issues fairly, but resolution depends on supplier acceptance in these cases.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials
- Personal care/hygiene items where packaging has been opened (e.g. cosmetics, essential oils), unless faulty
- Sale items or gift cards
7. Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is:
- Return the original item (if eligible and approved)
- Place a new order separately
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically up to 10 business days
- Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider
